The book was inspired by Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 in D minor, Op. 125 (The choral symphony) --- The First Edition of 2,600 books was donated to nonprofits. The former USCENTCOM commander described Ode to Joy as a therapeutic journal that belonged in the hands of every active duty, National Guardsman, and veteran (all branches) and their families, military, fire, police, and emergency response professional worldwide. A quote was gotten for 2,000,000 journals and a production schedule for printing overseas --- It was not done due to cost. A logistic supply senior officer had pointed out the ease of distribution, esprit de corps, mental health, recruiting, and retention. 192 pp. perfect bound, full color plates throughout, shrink-wrapped, soft cover bleeds 4s. 22 books/carton.

The creative process and the stories and poems behind 40+ paintings, a partial compilation demanded by 500+ audiences. Finished, needs a guest writer for the foreword, and to be formatted for printing --- In final preparation. About 300 pages. Inspired by Vivaldi's (Orquesta Reino de Aragón) and audience demand for this book. #4. TURNING OVER ROCKS TO SEE WHAT'S THERE Vol. 1: It will be an exposé about government waste, fraud, and abuse and effective private business, with a foreword by a writer who will help select from "my bevy of photographs." TURNING OVER ROCKS TO SEE WHAT'S THERE Vol 2 inspired by Here Comes the Sun by George Harrison (The Beatles) in 1969, by Jay Richardson, at Stroud Water Research Center in Avondale, PA, Carroll's boss and advocate, and by Mending the Line benefitting American Veterans (military, police, firefighters, first responders, and their families) as are all Carroll's books.

The receptionist at Allen Economic Development Corp suggested to Carroll to hurry on over to the ceremony.
